| TUITION POLICY Please Read Below This Box! Accepted Forms of Payment Listed. All tuition is due by the 1st of the month. A late fee of $10.00 will be assessed to all accounts paid after the 10th of the month. FULL PAYMENT is due each month even when classes are missed. Classes are not pro rated for absences or holidays (including November for Thanksgiving, December for Christmas and May for the Recital). STUDIO HOLIDAYS AND CLOSINGS The studio will remain open on all school holidays except for Thanksgiving week, Christmas and Spring Break. We follow the Carroll ISD for the week of Spring Break. In case of inclement weather, please check the website. Once again, we will follow the Carroll ISD for weather closings. DROPPING A CLASS Until you give two weeks written notice to the office, by filling out and turning in a "Class Status Change Form", (telling your teacher verbally is NOT sufficient) we will assume you are still in classes and you will be responsible for paying tuition. WE CANNOT BE FLEXIBLE ON THIS POLICY. Many of our classes have a waiting list. ATTENDANCE Students are expected to attend all weekly classes. Make-up classes can be scheduled for absences, but must be made up within the current month that was missed. You may ask your teacher which class would be an appropriate level to have a make-up class. REFUNDS: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS WITH ANY PAYMENT TYPE! Please Be AWARE of this policy, AND be sure that you and your student understand that you will be held responsible for payments for classes that are for the duration of a monthly rate, semester rate (August 17-December 31 & January 1- May 31) if you pay by the semester, OR for the entire school year (August 17-May 31) if you pay annually. ALSO, we require a 2 week written notice (SDA CLASS STATUS CHANGE FORM) signed and turned in to the office if you are disenrolling from 1 class or all classes. If you pay by the month, you must complete a "Class Status Change Form" and turn it in 2 weeks prior to the 1st of the month, or you will be expected to pay tuition until we receive the CLASS STATUS CHANGE FORM. | Accepted Forms of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, Check, & Cash If you have a coupon or gift certificate, you must have the items approved by our office staff before you're able to apply it to your tuition payment. NOT ACCEPTED!!! Currently, we have a coupon that has been distributed without our prior knowledge or permission. These coupons will not be accepted. So sorry for this situation.
